The Classic Fighters AirShow 2013
The event runs from 29-31 March 2013 at the Omaka Airfield, Aerodrome Road, Blenheim. Gates open at 8am. For best ticket prices book online. We have a range of ticketing options available.

General Admission
Enjoy Classic Fighters for as little as $50 for a single day or come for all 3 days for the online special rate of $135 (plus a $4 booking fee). A 1day ticket can apply to any day of your choice.
There are student and child concessions, while children under 5 have free admission.
General admission gives you access to the public area, where there will be trade stalls, musical entertainment, a food court, wine marquee and beer sales, military vehicles, American car displays and the kids fun zone. Aircraft are parked according to era along the perimeter fence line.
Gold Pass Tickets - more info
The Gold Pass provides you with access to an exclusive enclosure and privileges to make your time at Classic Fighters Omaka Airshow even more enjoyable.
Chief among the benefits of the Gold Pass is grandstand seating, so you have the best view of all the action. If mobility is a concern and you are unable to access the stairs, there is a large area in front of the grandstand at ground level. This is available to any Gold Pass holder who prefers to be as close as possible to the display line.
On arrival via Aerodrome Road, you will be directed to reserved car parking. Your e-ticket will be exchanged for a Gold Pass lanyard at the entrance and staff will direct you to the Gold Pass marquee.
Once there you will be offered a gift pack of valuable items, including the official programme and entry to the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre (valid for 12 months).
3 Day Gold Passes are available for NZ$375 gate price, $350 online.
Children's 3 Day Gold Passes are available for NZ$175 at the gate or NZ$162 online.
1 Day Gold Passes are available for $175 online. Numbers are limited so there is no guarantee they will be available on the day.
Children under 5 have free admission with a paying adult but must not occupy a seat. Anyone occupying a
grandstand seat must have a Goldpass.
Classic Fighters Platinum Pass - more info
The Platinum Pass offers a fully catered day-pass option, perfect for smaller groups that ‘book a table’ and have all their meals included.
Located in front of the raised Gold Pass Grandstand, this area will provide separate ‘boxes’ for ten, each with its own table and umbrella, facing all the show action.
Single tickets are available and individuals may join the party at shared tables.
The friendly wait-staff and chefs from Essence Catering will present menus throughout the day from an adjoining marquee.

This event has evolved into one of the Southern Hemisphere's most prestigious occasions for the entire cross-section of heritage aviation, with representation from throughout the industry and from many countries.
This year, we're delighted to be introducing the culinary expertise of David and Sara Anderson's 'Essence' catering, this couple having won acclaim from within the province and beyond for their sumptuous and innovative fare. (click here to view the menu).
A complimentary glass of bubbly will be offered on arrival, after which Wither Hills Marlborough wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase.
The awards presentation will be kept fluid and enjoyable and a range of outstanding trophies (some worth over $1,000) will allow acknowledgement to be made of some of the stand-out efforts that have been witnessed in the world of historic aircraft restoration and preservation. RSA hospitality for servicemen and women at Classic Fighters
As a special gesture towards Second World War veterans, the airshow organizers have teamed up with the local Returned Servicemen Association to provide transport, a hospitality tent and free admission to Classic Fighters. Bus Service
Buses will be available to transport Classic Fighters visitors from various pick-up points in Picton & Blenheim out to Omaka Aerodrome and return. ($10 - $30) Click her for more info and schedule.
